Sensitivities

We are all different! Please call to discuss with us your preferred washing treatment for sensitivities.  Bags should be labelled for specific powder/liquid. There may be a charge to cover higher cost.

Billing

Personal and Business Clients; Invoices will be emailed on the day your washing is returned.

NDIS Clients; We can directly email your invoice to your NDIS plan manager

Aged Care Clients; We can directly email your invoice to your Home Care package manager.

Our invoices are simple and easy to read, with no hidden costs. If GST applies to your bill, it is part of the quoted account. If you have any issues with your account, please email or call us immediately.

Areas we service

Towns along the following routes:

Manjimup to Donnybrook, and all towns along the South West Hwy

Manjimup to Northcliffe, along SW Hwy-Wheatley Coast Rd route (including Quinninup) and the route via Pemberton

Bridgetown- Boyup Brook Road 

Boyup Brook-Donnybrook Road

If your area is not listed, please give us a call. We may be able to service your area, albeit with a travel fee.

How we Calculate 1x 10Kg Load

One load of washing (clothing or linen) is approximately 10kgs (weighed when dry) or two standard-sized laundry baskets. 

If you have darks and whites, these will be separated into two loads, even if less than 10kgs. If you would prefer these to be washed together, let us know by text or label the bag accordingly. 

Blankets and doonas are thicker items and will be charged on the volume (eg size of the washing machine drum) rather than weight. This includes up to 10kg volume (two single or double doonas or blanket), and 10kg volume (eg queen or king blanket). Note that thicknesses and heavy items may vary.
